DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Assess Customer equipment condition, estimate service cost, provide budget recommendation for customer.
- Prepare working plan periodically, monitor it’s cost & progress, conduct improvement in field/shop, if necessary, according to needs.
- Coordinate with related parties (internal & external) for sample test implementation in identifying damage on equipment.
- Conduct forecast on spare parts needs, monitor the availability of parts in warehouse.
- Monitoring sub-contractor works, assess each sub-contractor performance.
- Coordinate job to technician based on their level, determine the number of technicians needed for each project under his/her responsibility.
- Validate monthly report performance metric reports (MA, MTTR, MTBF, top 10 problem) and make recommendation for future information.
- Implement SHE activities in the working place (including the contamination control implementation).
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Having experience in Conveyor Belt, Maintenance and mining industry.
- Fluent in english.
- Skills: RCA, SolidWork, AutoCad, MS Project & Visio.
- Willing to be placed in Gresik – Jawa Timur.
