DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Attend to sales enquiries and prepare sales quotation
- Generate sales order to store and production for planning
- Advise customer on the stocks availability and lead time
- Liaise with store department on stocks availability
- Coordinate with production department for order schedule
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments with client and forwarder
- Provides a proper information for a DG cargo application if any and B/L.
- Prepare other commercial documents such as Invoices, Packing List, etc
- Apply Certificate of Origin through either MITI or Chamber of Commerce if required
- Providing after-sales support services
- Build & maintain good relationship with clients
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product meets client’s needs
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) and every Saturday (9am – 1pm)
Attire: Business Formal
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any related courses
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Preferably supervisory level specializing in Logistic/Supply chain management.
- Aggressive and strong customer-oriented service mentality
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Five or more years of Sales and Shipping experience is preferred
- Ability to drive is an advantage
